Hockey International is the Largest independent retailer of Hockey Equipment in the world. First established in 1992 in a small basement shop with a limited range of products, it has grown to be the market leader in the field of hockey equipment. Jinder Chouhan, the owner of Hockey International is an experienced player. Having played at elite level himself, he understands the importance of quality & diverse needs of players playing at different levels. Jinder and his team are always available to help you choose right product for your needs.

All retail prices quoted within this website are inclusive of GST. Although every effort is made to maintain the prices listed on this website, all prices are subject to change without notice. 

Stock

All goods listed are subject to availability. Every effort is made to maintain healthy stock levels, but due to popularity and market changes, constant stock is not always possible.

Postage

Varying rates for postage and handling applies for all items, depending on the size, weight, location and special (standard, express, etc.) postal rates. Delivery is not included in the catalogue's prices. To find out which delivery rate apply, please call +61 (0) 8 9388 3377. 

Warranty

All of our products advertised on this website are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty period will change from supplier to supplier. Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours. All deliveries within Australia by Australia Post arrive within 5-10 working days. For all other deliveries either by courier within Australia or overseas, you will be advised by email when the order is shipped & will be given the tracking number if necessary.

Duties and Taxes

All Duties and Taxes that may apply in your country are payable by you (the buyer).

Hockey International is not responsible for any Customs Charges or Import Duties that may be incurred on imports into your country.

Please note that you will not be charged Australian GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST 10%) if your shipping address is outside of Australia.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 15 days of delivery to receive a shop credit to the value of purchase price. This credit can be used to purchase any product of that value.

To be eligible for exchange or refund all products must be returned (freight prepaid) unused in their original condition.

Refunds can be issued under special circumstances or if the replacement product is unavailable. *conditions apply.
